And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Note that God bring Job up to Satan!
It’s not unreasonable to think that God knew how Satan would respond and was the real puppet-master behind the whole testing of Job, though it feels like Satan’s plot. God’s exchanges with Satan then are a sort of dialogue between aspects of God’s self
