Give me heart disease but need you in my kitchen
This line is a loose continuation of the previous one. Fried chicken has that “it” factor, but fuck with it too much and it’s fucking up your heart. This is same thing with a vixen, who’ll hop right onto the next dick when she’s sucked you bone dry.
What!? I meant money…
“But need you in my kitchen” is also a pun. He needs chicken in his kitchen, even though it gives him heart disease (as it is so good), but he also needs a woman in his kitchen (the room in the house stereotypically reserved for woman’s work), even though the woman will cause him heart break.
