“Scrrr” is an onomatopoeia for the “Bruce Wayne” he is pulling up in. Big Sean shows he has yet another car noise in his repertoire. 2 Chainz is known for often making the same “Skrrr skrrr” sound.

It’s possible that “I’m rolling with…” could be a subliminal shot at Lil Wayne.
