Literally, Lloyd is “stuck” to a girl he is dancing with, dancing very close, rubby-rubby. He could also be “stuck” on the idea of getting with her, not thinking about other girls because he’s so focused on one girl.
But people are listening to this song on the dance floor, getting Lloyd’s verse (or, for the females, his sexy tenor) “stuck” in their heads
