Meaning

A reference to the famous Chappelle Show skit “Charlie Murphys True Hollywood Stories: Rick James”. In the Second part, Rick James came to Charlie & his older brother Eddie Murphy’s house & started grinding his dirty boots on their couch. Kelly is pretty much saying the world is his couch & he could give less of a fuck.

This could also be referencing the Dave Chappelle skit mocking R. Kelly which featured the fictional song “Piss on You”. His response is short and simple: “I don’t give a fuck”.
