Stop screaming, you know the demon said it's best to die

from Jay-Z – D'Evils Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

No point in protesting your impending murder. Jay-Z cites Satan’s suggestion that death be embraced (from the Book of Genesis: “In that day ye eat of that fruit ye shall die”) and in so doing shows that he accepts the devil’s authority (note that “D'Evil” sounds like “devil”)

Jay-Z is suggesting that once one has sold one’s soul, “for the love of money”, in accordance with common religious scriptures and myths (e.g. faust) one is destined to an eternity in hell and therefore one should enjoy one’s life whilst it lasts rather than “cower” in fear of your impending doom and the bleek future that follows death, which we all know is inevitable.
