And they sink in the same sea that we walk
Not that we Jesus, we just don't wait until it thaws
If people’s thoughts were in a sea, Buddhists' thoughts would sink to the bottom since they are the deepest thinkers. Other people’s thoughts aren’t even breaking the surface, so they are shallow. Now while we can’t walk on water like Jesus, we can walk on the surface of ice. This conjures up the imagery of walking on thin ice, a dangerous act. If we were to be patient and let the ice thaw like Buddhists, we could delve deeper into our thoughts.
Also a reference to the crip walk when he says “sea © that we walk.” When doing the dance, you have to move quick and frantically to get across the ice!
