Check out the video. Goodwill stores are sorted into 2 clothing sections. The Racks (where clothing is hung up and seperated) and the Bins (where misc. clothing is dumped). You can see the people in the video at that time “searching the bins”.
“The Bins” is Seattle slang for the Goodwill Outlet Store in SODO, which is a giant warehouse filled with bins of stuff. You pay per pound, and they switch out bins for new ones every few hours — regular shoppers who resell things from thrift stores are called pickers.
