The group of homies talk a lot of shit about how they aren’t scared to shoot or kill someone. The “doo doo” sounds are imitating gun shots. Kendrick obviously knows this is ignorant, but doesn’t want to be the buzz killer of the group.
While this whole interlude is intended to be somewhat comical, there is also an element of foreshadowing to it. Kendrick’s homies dream about getting twisted and then doing a drive-by, which is exactly what happens during “Swimming Pools (Drank)” and the outro to that song.
