Piru Bloods and Compton Crips are enemies. He’s giving the listener a warning that by the end of the song both gangs will come together against a common enemy: him. He raps against their lifestyle and influences, which wouldn’t make them very happy.
Kendrick also may be saying that because he is talking down on their way of life they might join together to get him.
