The “speaker” in this verse is a piru (another name for the infamous Blood gang) forever and he’s going to keep gang banging until he drops.
This admission from the speaker is puzzling as he has just previously recognized the futility of gangs and more importantly his brother die the night before as a result of the gangs. It illustrates how deeply ingrained the gang culture is in the young men of Compton, who aren’t able to change even if they want to
