Matter of fact, he my favorite ’cause he tip me with E's
This married man is her favorite customer because he tips her with drugs (ecstasy) instead of money. This is obviously very flawed logic because it insures that she will never get out of her situation. He creates a homophone “with ease” and E’s, indicating that she gets paid easily and ecstasy brings her ease.
It’s possible the line is “cause he tip me with ease”, meaning he’s wealthy and generous (relatively speaking) and doesn’t think twice about giving Keisha’s sister a little extra money.
