Give no extension on the lynching

from GZA (Ft. Killah Priest, Masta Killa & Njeri) – 1112 Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

This is an extremely layered metaphor.

He is using physics as a metaphor to describe emotions. i.e. He is using tension (force/physics) on a rope to describe the tension between Wu and other rappers who disrespect them, whilst comparing this to a “lynching”.

During a hanging (lynching) the weight of the body pulls down and the tension of the rope pulls up.

“Give no extension on the lynching” — this means do not show any more disrespect.

“It’s tension if the name of the Clan is mentioned” — every time they mention the Wu, this adds more weight (extension on the lynching) and increases the tension on the rope. Eventually it will snap with a release of energy i.e. Wu-Tang will snap and retaliate with physical violence
