Came a long way from dirty ghetto kids
This line has the obvious meaning that he and people who have risen out of poverty in the hood have come a long way. It is also a shout-out to the skateboarding company DGK (Dirty Ghetto Kids) that is owned by a black professional skateboarder named Stevie Williams. DGK is usually pretty cheap, so it is accessible for poorer kids as skateboarding equipment is usually very expensive. DGK endorses the skateboard team that Lupe sponsors. Lupe is also a skateboarder himself as his knowledge about skateboarding in the Kick Push series would suggest.
