Eat pills, now fufill your drills be all that you can be
This is another example of Q’s wordplay. He possibly considers pills to be his performance enhancers and tells the listener to “fullfil your drills and be all that you can be” meaning follow through with what you have practiced and deliver. This line is a play on the Army Strong line “be all that you can be” and references the drills that the Army take part in day in and day out for training.
