In God I trust, but just when I thought I had enough
Most religions advise against indulging in shallow physical pleasures, alcohol being one of which. So if you believe in God, then you really shouldn’t be drinking any alcohol in excess, when Kendrick starts feeling dizzy and can’t drink no more cuz he’s gonna overdose, even then he says he believes in God and stops drinking
This line is also a confession of his hypocrisy. He only recalls his faith when he’s “had enough” of these vices.
Also, check the double entendre:
Even though he thinks he’s had enough, he’s just going to go into more drinking, which would loop it back to the beginning of the song.
This also leads into the skit at the end of the song — he’s had enough, but even more shit’s about to hit the fan.
