A small amount of ice cubes is actually pretty unusual in Long Island Iced Teas, since they are supposed to be poured over ice. Meaning the the glass would be filled with ice, and this is what makes a Long Island Iced Tea pretty different from most drinks. So we may have to go with that from now on, not like people would mind more of N.W.A.’s finest, though.
