99% of the country - they in debt

99% of Americans are not in debt, but large percentages are in various forms of debt. This line is a shout-out to the Occupy movements who claim to represent the “99%”, or the working class citizens, as opposed to the small amount of Americans who control a large amount of the wealth.

It would be nice to note, that Young Jeezy is not in the 99%…not by a long shot.
