This could also be a reference to the implications of Tyler’s name. By “Creator” Tyler could mean “God,” thus Jesus (God’s son) is calling his father (Tyler, or God) to complain.

This is a double entendre and also a paradox. He references the telephone complaint hotline, and a dope (“hot”) line. This also creates a paradox, because by saying this line isn’t “hot”, he is able to make it a good one.
