Mike Irving with the lines,
Michael Irvin was self-nicknamed “The Playmaker” due to his penchant for making big plays in big games during his college career, which, coincidentally, is also a fitting moniker for a rapper boasting of his skill. In 2007, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, so, by proxy, DZA is a ‘hall of famer’. Irvin is also known as one of “The Triplets” along with Troy Aikman and Emmitt Smith (another befitting title for the triplet of MC’s on this song and who are often featured on each other’s tracks). The Triplets highlighted the Dallas Cowboys' offense in the 1990s that won three Super Bowls.
The “with the lines” part (might) refer to Mike’s well known cocaine habit. Pretty funny, either way (not cocaine, the pun).
