Women's international, my will is like my girl then
A play on the previous two lines. He gets his style and his girlfriends from all over the world (i.e his women are international).
The end of this line could also be interpreted as “like my girl: thin” — a reference to “vomiting and conquering” because if his girlfriend were bulimic then she would be thin.
If “will” is interpreted as “wheel,” this references the “all around the world rims” and could also mean that his tires are thin like his girlfriend.
Women’s International is a pharmacy, and if his girlfriend were bulimic then she could be going there to get medicine.
