It provides a mathematical description of much of the dual particle-like and wave-like behaviour and interactions of energy and matter, which involves protons and electrons.

His use of Hydro-electricity refers to the fact we as humans are made predominately of water and our neural side uses electricity to stimulate us cortically — hence playing on the quantum physics.
