This could mean:

  1. A generation of rappers died; Eazy-E, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Big L, Buffy (from Fat Boys), Yaki Kadafi, Jam Master Jay (50 Cents mentor), Big Pun and go on. Dr. Dre is still alive, and knew almost all of the rappers above so he told the Vibe Magazine it was a dream working with him.

  2. The dynasty he is talking about is Death Row Records. Pac and Snoop were both on that label that was run by Dre and Suge Knight. Dre left the label to form aftermath. Pac died and Suge was locked up. The label was a dynasty and it was cuz of Dre. The Game feels honored to work with him.
