I ain't in the building I'm base jumping off of it
Base Jumping is an activity where participants jump from fixed objects and use a parachute to break their fall. In other words, sky diving from things that aren’t planes. So note the wordplay, “I ain’t in the building, I’m base jumping* off of it.
Fixed objects could be anything, from mountains to buildings, as long as they ain’t moving.
So yeah, SwiZzZ just doing some wordplay here. He is expressing is craziness through this line, as base jumping is more extreme and dangerous then regular sky diving.
Also, rappers tend to say something along the lines off, “I’m in the building” in a sorta cocky tone if you will. Acting as if they’re top dog. So again, SwiZzZ is crazy, not cocky.
