"Ma cherie amour, tu es belle"

from Jay Z – Girls, Girls, Girls Lyrics on Rap Genius

Ma chérie amour, tu es belle = my love, you are beautiful

In French “Ma chérie amour” doesn’t mean anything — it can be “ma chérie” or “mon amour” but never both together — except if there is a “d'” between so it becomes “Ma chérie d'amour” but stills mean “my love” (the goal of using both terms is to insist, to reinforce the love we have for the interlocutor)

So it’s clearly a reference to Stevie Wonder’s “My Chérie Amour”
