For rebel with coats, I get up
The British Army used to be called Redcoats (or Coats) because of their distinctive red uniform tops, during the Revolutionary War the Americans were called Rebels.
Obviously, the Rebels put up a hell of fight against the British, never backing down. Refering to the previous four lines, he’s saying that he gives props for the Rebels going against the establishment and government, even when things were grimey back in the 1700’s
