These others artists I'm above them even if I'm under the ground
A rapper with a Maybach or a car that my ass can't afford
Underground is a term used widely in hip hop, describing an artist that isn’t very known. R.A. plays on this term, by saying that he’s above most artists skill-wise, even though they are above (popularity-wise) him since he’s underground.
Furthermore, he’s taking a stab at the currently very popular Maybach Music Group, consisting of prominent artists such as Rick Ross, Wale and French Montana. Since he’s underground, he can’t afford a Maybach car such as them, but in relation to the earlier punchline, he’s still way better than them when it comes to rapping — money ain’t everything!
This is also a reference to his death. When you die you’re buried and thus under the ground (literally). So, even if he’s dead and thus unable to rap, he’s still going to be more acclaimed than the living rappers.
