His homie was older than him, but was killed when he was young. Chance has now turned older than that man was when he died. Chance recently turned 20… his friend died VERY young.

This is a reference to Chance’s friend Rodney Kyles AKA Rod who was stabbed and killed in front of Chance. Rodney died at the age of 20, and Chance was only 18 when the murder occurred.
