He could be talkin about the “concrete jungle”. Tyler also likes to refer to himself and other members of OF as different types of animals. He’s “inside of a cage” because his lyrics are too fucked up for most people to understand, which is why he refers to himself as a muthafuckin zebra, meaning he’s a wild beast. “Planning on the keeper” could mean plotting to break loose and “kill” (or basically just trample over, push past) whoever’s keeping him contained in the cage, as in he’s going to express himself the way he does regardless of who tries to criticize him or hold him down.
