A tree fall in the forest is never heard
He posits a popular philosophical thought experiment.
“If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?”
Basically its an inspection of reality vs perception- Is a sound only a sound if it’s heard. This ties in to the last few words. He’s passing on a message tied to emotion but is it received? Or is only a part of it delivered, ‘the message’ , but the emotion missed thus pinning him into the conscious title. And what meaning does it hold if people don’t get it.
