D.B. Cooper is the named used to identify a man who hijacked a Boeing 727 in 1971. He jumped out of the plane and parachuted to an uncertain fate, he was never found by the FBI.

DOOM wearing the mask also goes along with the D.B. Cooper reference. Both he and Cooper’s identities aren’t quite known.
