On Chicago, south of town
Kanye and Chief Keef both hail from Chicago (or Chi City, as Ye likes to call it.) Justin Vernon is a fellow Midwesterner. South Chicago is the more crime-ridden, industrial part of town, while those on the North Shore live more posh, comfy lives, and the West Side is the more (for the most part) integrated, middle-class area.
So by trying so hard to hold his liquor, Kanye ends up in the wrong part of town. He’s getting bad results for trying to do the right thing.
