Also, after attaining fame and wealth — ‘reaching heaven’ he still has some issues — ‘baggage’ that he carries with him due to the difficulties he has faced in life and due to living the street-life. In other words his conscience has been marred by the street and no amount of money can truly fix it.
Kinda cool that his delivery of “luggage” — raised at the end, like a question?! — is similar to Macklemore’s delivery of the same word in Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s “Thrift Shop.”
