My Mirandas don't stand a chance with cops
Miranda rights were signed into law in 1966 after the Miranda vs. Arizona Supreme Court case, stating you must read the rights a suspected has before or while arresting them. They are as follows:
1. You have the right to remain silent.
2. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
3. You have the right to an attorney.
4. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.
Too bad that his rights don’t matter to the cops, mostly because he’s black. He already expressed his thoughts about racism in the law system previously as well.
