You get the air out my lungs whenever you need it
On one side, the woman is selfish to the extent that if she needed air, she would undoubtedly steal it from Timberlake’s lungs (I’m pretty sure that’s illegal though), while on the flip side, the love between them is so real and strong that he would gladly give it up for her.
This is a clever way of saying that the woman in question is so amazing that she takes his breath away.
Now whether it’s her amazing kisses or amazing looks that take his breath away, the folks at RapGenius do not have conclusive results on that yet…
Meanwhile, Fame is a double edged sword; it takes the air out of his lungs whenever fame wants to — meaning it wears him out to the point he feels breathless/suffocated/stifled by it (fame), and he can’t explain “why I love you so much”(addicted to the fame) even though it sometimes drives him insane.
