I mean uh, since rap has been accessible, they action been regrettable
This is what the net'll do

from Joe Budden – Lost Control (Freestyle) Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

It’s clear that today it is much less rigorous to get yourself a following as a rap artist. At one point in time it was almost expected that as a rap artist you had to be lyrically skilled and your background had to fit with the persona you placed upon yourself. Through the Internet it has become much easier for rappers to build followings without excelling lyrically; notable examples would be Riff Raff and Lil B. The Internet made rap accessible to everybody, leading to a congestion of subpar MC’s. Joe regrets this fact and probably dislikes a lot of the music they have been releasing.

(Example: Lil B is noted for his extensive use of social media websites such as MySpace and Twitter to build an online following.)
