“Wanderlust” coincides with the themes expressed thus far in the album, specifically in “Belong To The World”, of women who either prefer to or have to float from man to man, in pursuit of pleasure or money. (It’s not “wanderlove” for a reason, after all.)
These women don’t believe in love; they’ll traverse the world only seeking “goods” (including of the male kind), and prefer not to trust or devote themselves to a single man.
This can be taken in one of two lights:
The woman is independent and strong.
She is, as has been discussed immensely, single and lustful.
