By spiraled up he could mean he will have got up out of the rap game or will be dead and gone up to heaven or if you consider that we are listening to the song and he is still alive and still rapping the lyric more likely means he will have reversed the downward spiral that came from his drugs use before he it killed him and his soul spiraled up. Either way he is correct.

Em could also mean he is coiled and ready to strike back at the people that tried to bring him down and fuck his life up.
