Comin' off the last record, I'm gettin' 20 million off the record
Just to off these records, nigga that's a record

from Drake – Tuscan Leather Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

Drake is referring to his last album Take Care which just hit the 2 million mark in sales. With a unit price of $10 dollars an album, that’s about $20 million dollars total. As he said in the Versace track with Migos:

I think I’m sellin' a million first week, man I guess I’m a optimist

“Off the record” can also mean he’s getting $20 million that’s not on the record, i.e. not in the public eye. Might be connected to the contract like ‘91 Dan Marino line in Pound Cake, as Dan Marino got $23 million in his contract (close to the 20 million Drake references).

And if the contract is a touring contract — plausible given that the line after the Dan Marino line name checks Michael Rapino, the Live Nation CEO — then “just to off these records” could refer to breaking tour revenue records as opposed to album sale records.
