There are only a few people at the top, but Hov has enough people from his own circle there with him.
Hov might be implying that since there are less of them, there will be more money, as they split it up between each other. So the fewer the people, the more the money…“it’s plenty of us”.
This also implies he doesn’t need a big entourage. At this point, he pretty much just needs Be and Blue.
