Eminem often likens relationships to defecation; in Where I’m At he says:

You know it’s a relationship when you fall in it
Because shit stinks

Eminem is smashing the words “relationship” and “bullshit” to say that they are one in the same; you cannot have the former without deceit and exaggerated nonsense i.e. “bullshit” in abundance. “Bullshit” not being something that he is willing to slow down, let alone stop, to deal with no matter where it comes from; especially from a woman. Another play on words is the fact that “I ain’t got no time” and a double negative in the same sentence makes this line the poster-child for “exaggerated nonsense in abundance”!
