Ye is employing a gibberish technique that many producers and songwriters use when in the creative process. It’s used to get ideas flowing for brainstorming potential melodies for a record. Most people who use this technique don’t actually use the nonsensical musical vomit on the song itself but Yeezus made an exception because THIS PUSHA T!
