Rearrange yo rocks you got a gang of friends, money
When a hustler is redistributing his supply, he finds himself exceedingly popular as others try to get in his favor and snag a piece of the work
“Rearrange yo rocks” is also probably referring to the practice of changing the location of the drugs locally, the protect against robberies and drug busts.
It’s also not clear that he’s saying “you got a gang of” here — whatever he’s saying, it doesn’t sound that long. I don’t have a better phrase, though.
