I knew the dopes, the pushers, the addicts, everybody
Nas used to know the dopes (weed smokers/casual hard-drug users who didn’t really care where their life was going. Note: this isn’t a knock on weed, but the perspective of those who give up on life), the pushers, or drug dealers physically on the streets who “pushed” drugs to the populace (also refers to dealers who kind of “push”, or force, in a way, kids to do hard drugs), the cocaine/heroine addicts who were always looking for Nas to sell them drugs, and really, anybody and everybody related to the drug game in his area at that time.
This line is also a reference to the song I Cram to Understand U by Mc Lyte
Well, I thought it kinda strange cause you had lots of juice
You knew the dopes, the pushers, the addicts, everybody"
