Broken records just repeat and eminem uses the phrase to lead into some turntablism word play for the next few lines.
There are two idioms here:
- To “sound like a broken record” is a cliche and/or idiom. He keeps repeating the same process, which is why it’s his fault. A play off of the device of a turntable used by DJ’s
- “Turning the table” is another cliche/idiom, meaning to flip or reverse someone’s plans.
Em calls himself a beat-break, break-beat, which is another style of DJing. Metaphorically he stops only to come back again.
The cliche is “you sound like a broken record” which she says in order to excuse her adulterous behavior by blaming their him.
