OM

[Verse 3]
M.I.A. mudra middle finger
Fuck 'em other bitches that try to be my ringer
This time I come as singer
Next time ill come as pain

I ain't talking money
But I can make it rain
Bitches try to get me with
Their witches on cocaine
Snitches turn to dust
And I wash em down the drain
Vitamins for your brain
Protein for your weight gain
Warriors in the dance
This is how we train!

What did M.I.A. say about "Warriors"?
Genius Answer

That was the first song we wrote. And I didn’t really have any ideas when I walked in. We both had no preconceived ideas about what we were going to make. And all I had were my own samples from my live shows, cause we used to do a tag on my live shows—"Ommm.“ That’s all I had. And then it sort of just happened. And I think it was the week that I was into this Mali singer, and it’s also the week that Mali was being attacked by someone, so it was in the news a lot. So it just kind of happened that I had this Omm sample and this other Mali sample. And then he just kind of made that happen. It was so unstructured but structured, and we both kind of hit a gridlock. We didn’t know what to do with it. So it just ended up being what it is. You know, it’s just like a vibe. And I think it’s one of my favorites on the record.
