Cause that's enough money to buy her a few pairs of new Airs
Airs are referring to Air Jordans and Air Force One’s, both released by Nike and are very sought after.
The choice of the word “hair” to end the combo of the “urr” pronunciations is itself a joke, because the first rhyme in Chingy’s Right Thurr is thurr/hurr. The next “urr” pronunciation is found in “her” which is a second joke coupled with a criticism — the joke being the seamless transition from Chingy back to the song, the criticism being that the poor planning and empty materialism he rages against in this song is basically bragged about in “Right Thurr”.
It’s both wordplay and criticism of the materialism which rappers (such as Chingy) valued in 2004.
