Kanye’s imagined bumper-sticker parodies “What would Jesus do” — a popular sticker on Christian vehicles. The actual Maybach they chopped in the video has a bumper sticker that indeed does read “What Would Hova Do”

Also, the “Hova” nickname comes a play on words: “Jehova” = “Jay-Hova” (The God MC). This gives more meaning to the swapping of “Jesus” for “Hova” in this line.
