I got 5 passports, I’m never going to jail

from Kanye West (Ft. Jay Z) – Otis Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

If one gets denied, he can use another. He’ll be fleeing for a while…

Continuing in the song’s subliminal sweepstakes, it is at least possible that this line is a dig at a certain recently incarcerated rapper who has been known to take shots at the throne

Moreover, it digs at the movie Lord of War. Yuri Orlov (Nicolas Cage) has 5 passports in the movie and the police can’t make anything stick on the weapons dealer that he plays.

This could also possibly be a reference to the mexican drug lord “El Chapo Guzman” who bought several passports after escaping jail. Hence the later reference to “Mexico”.
