We don't believe you, you need more people
You need more grease in your hair, so they weaves you
The “We don’t believe you” line is borrowed from Jay-Z’s “The Takeover, and Wale is still referring to the whole fake hair issue.
A weave is a fake extension of hair for, generally, African Americans who don’t like how their hair looks, but a lot of the time, they try to say that the hair is real. Wale doesn’t buy this, and tells her that he needs someone else to confirm that it’s real before he believes it.
Also, Wale doesn’t like it when girls aren’t just completely natural, and he wants African American girls to be proud of who they are, and not do anything artificial to themselves, as he says in “No One Be Like You”.
